What: All-Inclusive Winter Cycling Training Camp

You are invited to participate in one of America’s most exclusive cycling camps hosted by Colorado Premier Training. Enjoy 7 days in sunny Tucson, Arizona, which will provide the best atmosphere possible for long miles of training. Participation in this all inclusive Base Camp will be the cornerstone in your success for the 2009 riding season.
Our professional coaching staff has designed a specific seven-day training camp that will help develop your aerobic base, essential for optimal cycling. We're dedicated to the development of each and every athlete we work with, and understand our clients come from all walks of life. We do not believe in the “one size fits all” philosophy that many other training company’s employ, rather we are real athletes, real coaches developing programs for real people. Participation in our camps will result in a direct personal relationship with our staff that we hope to continue with well beyond the final day of camp.
This All-Inclusive “Tucson Base Camp” Includes:
- PRE-CAMP INTERVIEW: over the phone with each rider that will help us address your individual needs as an athlete for the camp
- LODGING: 6 nights at the Best Western Inn & Suites www.bwsuite.com, centrally located to our training routes. Our accommodations will offer a hearty breakfast buffet, pool, spa, micro-fridges, and a nightly social hour.
- NIGHTLY LECTURES: Including: periodization training, sports nutrition, weight management, Tom Danielson presentation and more…
- COACHING: One-hour individual coaching consultations with a CPT Senior or Premier Level Coach.
- FULL MECHANICAL SUPPORT: Full time bike mechanic on site to meet all your technical needs.
- RIDE SUPPORT: Our sag wagon vehicle will be on each ride to supply mechanical and nutritional support.
- FOOD: 6 breakfasts and lunches will be included along with riding food. One camp banquet dinner will be included the final night. You will be responsible for 5 dinners on your own, vehicles will be available for group transportation.
- TRANSPORTATION: Free shuttle to and from the Tucson Airport and shuttle available for nightly transportation to some of Tucson’s best restaurants.
- RECOMMENDED BICYCLE DELIVERY: A convenient way to transport your bike to and from CPT camps and clinics. “Sports Express” picks up your bike and luggage at your home or office and delivers it right to your destination. Visit http://www.sportsexpress.com to schedule.
- STURUCTURAL ANYALSIS: Trained with world renowned biomechanist, Dr. Joe LaCaze, Chris Furer will conduct a thorough six-part assessment designed to uncover key biomechanical faults which cause performance leaks, dysfunctions, and pain syndromes. A $350 value!
- MASSAGE: A complimentary one-hour massage by our trained staff, specializing in sports massage. More massages may be purchased for an additional cost.
- INSTRUCTION: A hands-on approach to riding in groups, pedaling technique, and technical skills.
- CONDITIONING CLASSES: Choose from a selection of conditioning classes offered to help with core strength and stretching technique.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. NOTE: Colorado Premier Training Reserves the right to cancel this camp with at least thirty days notice and a full refund of camp payment to the participant. There will be NO refunds after Dec. 7th, 2008.
A camp Packet will be sent out two weeks prior to the, camp; this will include a detailed itinerary, schedules and other pertinent information. You will be receiving your “pre-camp interview” two weeks before the start of the camp, please also have your travel arrangements finalized and ready to share with us at that time. Please plan on arriving in Tucson the afternoon on Sunday December 28th with a departure the morning or afternoon of Saturday January 3rd. If you wish to stay longer, transportation and lodging will be up to you to arrange.
